Shipping and Delivery
- Free UPS® ground shipping on all domestic orders.
- Orders placed before 11:59 a.m. ET / 8:59 a.m. PT will ship the same business day. Orders placed at 11:59 a.m. ET / 8:59 a.m. PT will ship the next business day.
- Shipping charges are calculated on total shipping weight and ship-to address location.
- We currently ship to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), and Fleet Post Offices (FPO).
- All orders shipping to an APO, FPO, or PO Box address will be fulfilled via USPS.
- There are two ways to track your order:
- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. On this email is a tracking number. There will be a link in your email to either UPS or USPS. Click on this link and you will be able to track your order.
- If you have created an account on
COZiLUMBRE.com, you can login to your account to view your order history and the UPS or USPS tracking link for each order.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to get orders out to you as soon as possible. You may cancel the order as long as our warehouse has not begun processing it. Please note, order processing may begin very soon after the order has been placed. To cancel an order, please call customer service as soon as possible at 1-877-399-2110. Our hours of operation are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
